FirstService Residential is recruiting a Community Administrator to support the Community Association Manager with timely completion of administrative and project duties in the northwest suburbs of Chicago, IL.
You will handle lease processing, file maintenance, move coordination, monthly newsletters, and generation of essential reports while ensuring excellent resident relations and adherence to governing documents.
Job Overview:
As a Community Administrator, you’ll be responsible for supporting the Community Association Manager through timely completion of assigned administrative and project duties. You will hold expertise in the areas of lease administration, income/expense management and administration, and resident relations.
This opportunity is available at a property in the northwest suburbs of Chicago, Illinois.
