Job summary

Cohere Life, Inc. seeks a Community Operations Manager for Elyson in Katy, TX.

You will lead the operational side of a large master-planned community, overseeing facilities, amenities, maintenance, vendors, and governance processes to keep the community running smoothly. This role requires proactive leadership, collaboration with residents, boards, and vendors, and a focus on protecting assets, budgets, and service quality.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of progressive operations leadership in large-scale communities
• Experience overseeing facilities, amenities, maintenance, vendors, and assets
• Ability to build structure, processes, and systems in a fast-moving operation
• Strong financial understanding including budgets and expenses
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational needs of Elyson, including facilities, amenities, parks, pools, landscaping, and assets
• Lead preventive maintenance efforts and ensure repairs and service issues are tracked through resolution
• Manage operational calendars, special projects, inspections, and activities that keep the community running smoothly
• Respond to community concerns with follow-through and documentation with internal or external resources
