Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience leading facilities, parks and large-scale master-planned community operations.
• Experience overseeing facilities, amenities, maintenance, vendors, or other assets.
• Ability to build structure, processes, and systems within a fast-moving operation.
• Strong leadership, accountability, and people development skills.
• Financial understanding including budgets and operating statements.
• Community association management experience preferred.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational needs of Elyson, including facilities, parks, and amenities.
• Lead preventive maintenance, track repairs and service concerns through resolution.
• Manage operational calendars, projects, inspections, and activities.
• Respond to community concerns with clear documentation and follow-through.
• Coordinate with residents, board, vendors, and Cohere team to deliver the community experience.
