Cohere Life, Inc. is seeking an Executive Director to lead Elyson, a premier master-planned community in Katy, Texas. You will oversee operations, governance, resident experience, and strategic growth, partnering with the Board, Developer, and stakeholders to deliver exceptional community outcomes.

The role demands strategic leadership, strong financial acumen, and the ability to scale teams and systems as Elyson expands toward thousands of homes.

Competenze

• Minimum of 7 years of progressively responsible professional community management experience.
• Minimum of 7 years leading and developing professional staff.
• Strong knowledge of community association governance and experience working with Boards, Developers, committees, and governing documents.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting, forecasting, audits, and long-term planning.
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence senior stakeholders, Board members, residents, partners, and team members.
• Experience overseeing facilities, vendors, contracts, risk management, or large-scale infrastructure.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Community Association Institute credentials are a plus
