Sunrise Meadows Assisted Living in Wisconsin Town of Brookfield is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily community operations and resident services. You will partner with the Executive Director to foster a resident-centered culture and ensure exceptional service, quality care, and regulatory compliance across the community.

You will lead recruitment, onboarding, training, coaching, and retention efforts, guarantee adequate staffing, and collaborate with Wellness and Marketing to support

• Lead and develop staff, ensure staffing levels and regulatory compliance.
• Partner with Executive Director to drive resident satisfaction.
• Maintain safety, security, and appearance of the community.
• Must obtain Assisted Living Executive Director certification.
• Must pass background checks and health screenings.
