CIC Philadelphia is seeking a full-time, early-career Coordinator to join our Community Operations team. The role suits someone with at least one year of professional experience who enjoys a fast-paced environment and solving practical challenges.

You will onboard new members, manage office setups, assist with events, and help maintain communal spaces. The position offers healthcare benefits, a 401(k), and paid time off as part of a growing organization in a vibrant university district campus

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with CIC members and respond to questions and needs.
  • Handle a variety of client requests from office rearrangement to event hosting.
  • Stock and maintain supplies in kitchens and conference rooms; support conference setups.
  • Assist onboarding of new members and support moves and special events in conference rooms.
  • Support concierge desk operations and assist other teams on special projects.
  • Organize community events to encourage member networking.
  • Assist with moving out spaces, including basic painting or light repairs.
  • Troubleshoot facilities issues and coordinate with building maintenance for HVAC repairs.

CIC is looking for a full‑time, early career Coordinator to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone with at least one year of professional work experience who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WORK

You will join a Community Operations Team to satisfy the day‑to‑day needs of our clients. Some work will be independent while at other times it will require collaboration with other members of the CIC staff.

  • Building good relationships with CIC members, making sure they’re happy by quickly and specifically responding to their questions and needs.
  • Handling a variety of client requests creatively and effectively, from office rearrangement to event hosting.
  • Stocking and maintaining supplies in kitchens and conference rooms, while also ensuring the upkeep of regular systems like print stations and conference room setups, offering assistance as needed.
  • Facilitating new members onboarding, including system registration and office setup, as well as assisting existing clients with office moves and special event preparations in conference rooms.
  • Supporting concierge desk operations with a focus on excellent service and assisting other teams with special projects as needed.
  • Organizing community events to encourage networking among members.
  • Resetting offices and lab spaces after client move outs, that may include painting and light repair
  • Troubleshooting a variety of facilities related issues which may include things like adjusting door hinges, repairing furniture, and coordinating with building maintenance for HVAC requests,

YOU HAVE
  • Post‑secondary education or equivalent experience.
  • At least one year of professional experience, preferably in customer service or the hospitality industry.

  • A hands‑on mindset - whether it’s troubleshooting technical devices or tackling practical tasks, you’re eager to dive in and find solutions.

  • Starting compensation is $50,500 per year.
