Job summary

Quality Management Group seeks an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager in administering property operations and ensuring compliance. You will help maintain occupancy, oversee resident files, and coordinate marketing for vacancies.

You will work closely with the Community Manager to ensure timely processing of applications, notices, and financial transactions in Yardi, while delivering strong customer service to residents and applicants.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years in a role with comparable responsibilities.
• 2+ years in a customer service environment.
• Knowledge of HUD and Tax Credit programs.
• Proficient with Yardi property management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead administration, compliance, and maintenance to maintain 100% occupancy.
• Represent Quality Management Group in community relations.
• Process housing applications in line with affordable housing covenants.
• Maintain resident files and Yardi data.
• Assist with marketing vacancies and move-in coordination.
• Prepare deposits and post payments in Yardi.
• Support Community Manager with budget and reporting.
