Job summary

Havenpark Communities is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to keep our manufactured home communities running smoothly. You’ll handle resident relations, rent collection, leasing support, and work-order management, growing together with the Community Manager.

Occasional travel may be required for training and coverage. You’ll be onsite in Wisconsin, coordinating with residents, teams, and leadership while upholding our core values.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in property management or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; connects with residents, teammates, and leadership.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Be a visible, approachable presence in the community for residents.
• Address resident concerns with care and escalate when needed to the Community Manager.
• Plan and execute community events to foster belonging among residents.
• Prepare resident bills and statements for Community Manager approval.
• Ensure rent is collected accurately and on time.
• Execute required legal notices and actions in compliance with state law and Fair Housing Standards.
• Help ensure homes are move-in ready and meet Havenpark’s quality standards.
• Support the Community Manager and Sales & Leasing Agent with documents for new move-ins and lease renewals.
• Oversee the work order process to resolve maintenance requests within 48 hours.
• Keep records and communicate status updates to residents and operations team.
