Havenpark Communities in Baraboo, WI is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to help keep our neighborhoods thriving. You’ll handle resident relations, rent collection support, leasing administration, and timely work orders.

You’ll work closely with the Community Manager, learn the business from the inside out, travel occasionally, and grow into a leadership role while upholding Havenpark’s core values: Respect, Grit, Collaboration, Stewardship, and Boldness.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in property management or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Be a visible, approachable presence in the community and serve residents.
• Assist with resident relations, billing statements, and rent collection workflows.
• Support move‑ins, lease renewals, and coordination with the Community Manager.
