Job summary

Acacia Network is seeking an Operations Aide to provide supervision and support in its residential program. You will help ensure seamless, safe operations, supervise client schedules, and coordinate transportation to appointments.

You will engage clients in daily living skills discussions, monitor conduct, and report incidents to management. The role requires basic counseling exposure, strong communication, and the ability to de-escalate tense situations in a bilingual setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year related counseling experience preferred.
• Within six months: MAT training.
• Within thirty days: Code of Conduct training, confidentiality (42 CFR), mandated reporter training.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support in residential program to ensure safety and adherence to the schedule.
• Engage clients in individual and group discussions on life skills.
• Coordinate and verify client movement throughout the facility.
• Report incidents and concerns to management and clinical staff.
• Document facility status in logs and monitor client conduct.
• Distribute mail and inspect for contraband per policy.
• Apply crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques as needed.
• Conduct hourly rounds to ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Participate in trainings and stay on duty until relief arrives.
• Assist in implementing program operations improvements.
