Job summary

Acacia Network seeks an Operations Aide to supervise the residential program, ensuring safety, adherence to schedules, and smooth client transport.

The role involves facilitating daily living skills discussions, coordinating movement inside and outside the facility, and reporting incidents to management. Strong communication, organization, and willingness to obtain required trainings are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication skills in speech and writing.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to organize and maintain detailed records and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility operations to promote safety and adherence to program schedules.
• Engage clients in individual and group discussions on daily living skills.
• Coordinate client movement within the facility and to off-site activities.
• Report incidents and concerns to management and clinical staff.
• Document facility status in logbooks and monitor client conduct during shifts.
