CarePortal LLC is seeking a Network Leader in San Antonio to execute local market strategy, build relationships with churches, agencies, and champions, and grow participation in CarePortal’s care-sharing ecosystem.

The role focuses on recruiting partners, maintaining an active pipeline in CRM, and representing CarePortal in faith-based and community events to expand impact across the local market.

Qualifications

• Must reside within reasonable geographic proximity to the markets assigned.
• Experience in sales, partnerships, ministry, or community engagement.
• Strong relational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Bilingual in Spanish is helpful, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Market Strategy: Execute local market strategy aligned to priorities.
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with churches, agencies, and partners.
• Customer Growth: Recruit and enroll new churches, agencies, and champions; manage a pipeline.
• Performance Management: Track market performance and keep CRM updated to KPIs.
• Coordination & Alignment: Connect recruited churches/agencies to onboarding specialists; track communication.
• Community Engagement: Represent CarePortal at events and lead local gatherings to grow the network.
