Job summary

Cambridge Caregivers, LLC is seeking a Community Liaison & Marketer to drive business development through targeted outreach to healthcare providers, clergy, and local influencers. The role emphasizes strategic advocacy, collaboration across departments, and a proactive, organized approach to expanding patient referrals and community presence.

The position offers full-time, in-person work in the Dallas area with compensation tied to base pay, bonuses, and commissions, plus standard benefits.

Qualifications

• 1 year+ in a relevant field.
• Bachelor’s degree - preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
• Superior interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with all levels of an organization.
• Capacity to multitask and adapt to multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with potential partners and referral sources including social workers, case managers, discharge planners, concierge doctors, and specialists.
• Actively seek networking opportunities inside and outside the industry.
• Encourage participation in boards, committees, clubs, and other social events to raise the Agency’s profile.
• Consult with potential new clients and inform them about options, offerings, and policies.
