The role acts as a senior strategist, partnering with Communications leadership to align community efforts with health equity goals and service-line expansion. Strong leadership and bilingual skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School Diploma.
• Preferred education: Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, public health or related field.
• Minimum experience: 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Preferred experience: 7 years of relevant professional experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive, multi-year community engagement strategy.
• Translate goals into community engagement priorities across clinics, regions, and populations.
• Identify partnership opportunities and recommend strategic investments.
• Oversee community events, partnerships, and outreach initiatives with focus on quality and patient experience.
• Serve as a senior brand ambassador and strategic partner to Communications leadership.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and multi-site events with project management and budgets.
• Represent the community voice in planning discussions and advocate for equitable engagement.
