Qualifications

• Experience in Marketing, Sales, Customer Service or Community Engagement is required.
• Minimum 1 year in a relevant field/s.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with potential partners and referral sources.
• Actively seek networking opportunities inside and outside the industry.
• Consult with potential new clients and inform them about options and policies.
• Guide clients through engagement documents and ensure data completeness.
• Conduct initial visits and client assessments.
• Coordinate visits, care-plan updates, and non-medical assessments.
• Maintain regular communication with staff and ensure closed-loop communication.
• Represent the Agency at conferences, expos, and vendor fairs.
• Use CRM and other software to manage the client pipeline and forecast.
