• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales/real estate.
• 5 years of mortgage sales experience; knowledge of FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines.
• Knowledge of local real estate market and ability to build referral networks.
• Proven track record of customer satisfaction.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with community outreach.
• Proficient in Windows environments.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain knowledge of Chase home lending products and local housing programs.
• Promote mortgage products to Chase customers and community; nurture pipeline.
• Act as mortgage expert; collaborate with external relationships in the community.
• Partner with branch team; train staff; introduce clients to bankers.
• Create customer experience through marketing and outreach efforts.
• Manage loan origination from engagement to closing; address concerns.
