Job summary

Newport Pacific Capital seeks a full-time Community Manager for 96 Mobile Home Park in Truckee, CA. You will oversee daily operations, maintain a clean, safe environment, ensure code compliance, and uphold residents’ rights to peaceful enjoyment of their homesite.

You will handle rent collection, lease processing, and data entry, manage budgets, coordinate maintenance, solicit contractor bids, and respond to urgent issues.

Qualifications

• Property management experience and/or professional expertise.
• Working knowledge of fair housing and landlord/tenancy laws.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Rent Manager software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a clean, safe, and code-compliant environment.
• Uphold residents' right to peaceful enjoyment of their homesite.
• Collect and deposit rent payments and perform related data entry/bookkeeping.
• Control expenditures within the approved budget.
• Process tenancy applications and facilitate move-in/move-out.
• Prepare tenancy contracts and present for signing.
• Perform routine inspections and address deficiencies.
• Handle resident complaints with urgency and empathy.
• Address maintenance needs and oversee third-party projects.
• Respond to urgent issues outside normal business hours.
