Job summary

Newport Pacific Capital Co Inc in Truckee, California, is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician for a 96-space park to maintain and repair buildings, plumbing and electrical systems, submeter readings, grounds, pool, and carpentry.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of general maintenance experience, be able to work independently or with a team, operate hand tools and safety equipment, and respond to occasional urgent maintenance issues after hours.

Qualifications

• 1 year of general maintenance experience (property management experience a plus).
• Skilled in operating various hand tools, landscaping equipment, general maintenance equipment, and safety equipment.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Available to respond to occasional urgent maintenance issues outside of normal business hours.
