Job summary

Newport Pacific Capital is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician for a 96-space park in Truckee, California. You will perform a variety of general maintenance tasks across buildings and grounds, with a focus on safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• 1 year of general maintenance experience (property management experience a plus).
• Skilled in operating hand tools, landscaping equipment, general maintenance equipment, and safety equipment.
