Job summary

Newport Pacific Capital is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician for a 96-space park in Truckee, California. You will perform a variety of general maintenance tasks across buildings and grounds, with a focus on safety and reliability.

Responsibilities include maintaining plumbing and electrical systems, reading submeters for gas, electric and water, groundskeeping, swimming pool maintenance, and basic carpentry. The role requires independence and teamwork.

Qualifications

We are currently looking for a full-time Maintenance Technician for a 96-space park located in Truckee, California.

Maintenance Technicians perform a variety of general maintenance tasks that require strong troubleshooting skills and proficient knowledge of:

• Building and facility maintenance.
• Plumbing and electrical systems.
• Submeter utility systems and meter reading (gas, electric, and water).
• Groundskeeping and landscaping.
• Swimming pool maintenance.
• General carpentry.

QualificationsDesired skills and experience:

• Skilled in operating various hand tools, landscaping equipment, general maintenance equipment, and safety equipment.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Available to respond to occasional urgent maintenance issues outside of normal business hours.
• 1 year of general maintenance experience (property management experience a plus)
