Job summary

Open Management is hiring for an Assistant Community Manager / Maintenance Technician at a manufactured housing community in Louisville. This hybrid role combines office duties with hands-on maintenance support, focusing on resident relations, leasing activities, and property upkeep.

The ideal candidate will be organized, service‑oriented, and proficient with basic technology, ready to take initiative and support both administrative tasks and on‑site maintenance projects.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to connect with a variety of personalities both in person and over the phone.
• Comfortable using computers and basic software programs.

Responsibilities

• Assistant with rent collections, late notices, and eviction filings as needed.
• Enforce community rules to ensure a safe, clean environment for residents.
• Show available homes and lots to prospective residents.
• Assist with resident move-ins/out, including applications and documentation.
• Support marketing initiatives to maintain occupancy goals.
• Maintain positive relationships with residents, vendors, and officials.
