Job summary

Brookside Properties in Louisville, KY, is seeking an experienced Community Manager to lead a well-established apartment community. You will drive occupancy, manage daily operations, and build a high-performing on-site team.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of multifamily property management, proven leadership, strong leasing know-how, and excellent resident relations. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is expected; Entrata experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of multifamily property management experience required.
• Proven leadership and team development skills.
• Strong knowledge of leasing, resident relations, collections, and property operations.
• Experience managing budgets and driving financial performance.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Entrata experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations.
• Lead, coach, and develop on-site team members.
• Maintain occupancy and resident retention goals.
• Manage budgets, collections, and overall property performance.
• Ensure community appearance and curb appeal standards are maintained.
