Job summary

Timber Woods Apartments in Fayetteville, NC is seeking a Community Manager to lead day-to-day operations of our 100-unit property, oversee one on-site employee, and build strong resident relationships to deliver an exceptional living experience. You will manage leasing, renewals, budgeting, and events, ensure compliance with Fair Housing, and collaborate with residents, vendors, and internal teams.

A high school diploma is required, ARM/CAM a plus, and you should be comfortable on-call for

Qualifications

• 3+ years of property management experience, preferably as a Community Manager.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in budgeting, marketing, and resident engagement.
• Familiarity with OneSite or other PM software, plus Excel/Outlook.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all property operations including leasing, renewals, and resident relations.
• Manage budgets, control expenses, and optimize occupancy.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies.
• Foster relationships with residents, vendors, and internal teams.
• Create and promote resident retention programs and community events.
