Job summary

Redwood Communities, Inc. is seeking a qualified Community Manager to oversee daily operations, financial performance, and team leadership across multifamily properties in Wilmington, NC.

This full-time role requires steering occupancy, budgeting, and resident satisfaction while ensuring regulatory compliance and reporting. The position follows a Monday–Friday schedule (8am–5pm) with a competitive salary range of $70,000–$72,000 per year and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills.
• Experience with affordable housing programs (LIHTC & HUD) preferred.
• Proficiency in RealPage and MS Office Suite required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations for multiple multifamily communities.
• Manage budgets, financial reporting, and rent collection processes.
• Ensure HUD compliance and regulatory reporting; maintain records and leases.
• Lead leasing, maintenance, and administrative staff; conduct performance reviews.
