Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Supervisor Experience: 1–3 years, able to hire, lead, direct, evaluate, and manage subordinates.
• Management: 1–3 years in Multi-Family Property Management.
• Experience: Background in Property Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the community team; conduct evaluations and onboarding.
• Drive revenue through leasing, marketing strategies, and sales initiatives.
• Model budgets, forecast, and analyze profitability; manage invoicing and reports.
