Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Community Manager to oversee daily operations, drive leasing and rental performance, and lead a maintenance and leasing team at a multifamily property in Alabama. You will manage budgets, analyze market trends, and coordinate with vendors while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

The role requires strong leadership, customer service excellence, and the ability to meet revenue goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1-3 years supervisory experience in property management.
• Experience in multi-family property operations preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and delivery skills.
• Proficiency with property management software (Entrata/Yardi/One Site).

Responsibilities

• Lead and train team; hire, orient, and evaluate new hires.
• Meet revenue goals with marketing/leasing strategies.
• Budget modeling, forecasting, profitability analysis, and invoicing.
• Analyze market trends and implement property improvements.
• Conduct property tours and update clients on performance.
• Manage contractors/vendors; ensure safety and curb appeal.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues; weekend availability requested.
