Job summary

Arlington Properties in Athens, AL is seeking a Community Manager to lead daily operations of Magnolia Row. You will supervise the onsite team, oversee leasing, maintenance, resident relations, and ensure exceptional service while driving occupancy and revenue.

The role requires strong leadership, knowledge of Fair Housing laws, and proficiency with property management software such as Yardi, RealPage or MRI. Arlington offers competitive pay, benefits, 401(k) and PTO.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of property management experience including team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing laws and landlord-tenant regulations.
• Experience with property management software (Yardi, RealPage, MRI) preferred.

Qualifications: What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree or coursework in business, property management, or hospitality preferred
• At least 2 years of experience in property management, including team leadership
• Strong working knowledge of Fair Housing laws and landlord-tenant regulations
• Financial acumen and confidence managing property budgets and reporting
• Experience using property management software (e.g., Yardi, RealPage, MRI) preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong communication and organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends when necessary
