Arlington Properties is seeking an experienced Community Manager to lead a Baldwin County apartment community in Fairhope, AL. You will drive leasing performance, manage daily operations, and mentor onsite staff to deliver exceptional resident service.

You will oversee budgets, rent collections, and reporting while ensuring compliance and maintaining a high standard of resident satisfaction. This leadership role offers autonomy and opportunities for growth within a respected multifamily platform.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of property management experience with team leadership.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and landlord-tenant regulations.
• Proficient in property management software and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the property including leasing, maintenance, and resident relations.
• Hire, train, coach, and mentor onsite team members.

Qualifications What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree or coursework in business, property management, or hospitality preferred
• At least 2 years of experience in property management, including team leadership
• Strong working knowledge of Fair Housing laws and landlord-tenant regulations
• Financial acumen and confidence managing property budgets and reporting
• Experience using property management software (e.g., Yardi, RealPage, MRI) preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong communication and organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends when necessary
