Job summary

Arlington Properties is seeking a Community Manager to lead a Baldwin County apartment community. You will drive leasing performance, supervise staff, and manage daily operations to ensure resident satisfaction and strong financial results.

In this leadership role, you will monitor market trends, enforce policies, and collaborate with regional and corporate teams to maintain high performance and a positive community culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Strong leadership and team-management capabilities.
• Solid understanding of Fair Housing laws and budgeting practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations including leasing, maintenance, resident relations and team supervision.
• Hire, train, coach, and mentor onsite staff.

Qualifications What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree or coursework in business, property management, or hospitality preferred
• At least 2 years of experience in property management, including team leadership
• Strong working knowledge of Fair Housing laws and landlord-tenant regulations
• Financial acumen and confidence managing property budgets and reporting
• Experience using property management software (e.g., Yardi, RealPage, MRI) preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong communication and organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends when necessary
