Job summary

The Franklin Group is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for the Northside Hills community in Griffin, GA. This role reports to the Community Manager and handles daily operations, leasing, and resident relations.

Responsibilities include rent posting, leasing support, unit inspections, and maintaining office systems while upholding Fair Housing and company policies. LIHTC experience preferred; high school diploma required.

Qualifications

• Experience with Low Income Housing and HUD requirements.
• LIHTC experience highly preferred.
• Ability to read and understand simple instructions and memos.

Responsibilities

• Post rent to MRI and perform bookkeeping functions.
• Assist Community Manager with leasing office tasks.
• Inspect units and ensure on-site office is organized and files maintained.
• Support resident retention through programs and newsletters.
• Ensure professional appearance and conduct at all times.
