Investment Property Group is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support operations at Majestic Mobile Manor Estates in Auburn, WA, a 65-home senior manufactured housing community, and an all-ages RV park with 107 sites. The role emphasizes sales, leasing, resident relations, rent collection, and ensuring adherence to property policies in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience assisting at a manufactured housing or multifamily community of 100+ units
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with rent collection and delinquency management
• Ability to promote vacancies and maintain high occupancy
• Proficiency in property management software (Manage America, CRM, Blue Moon, Rent Café, Vendor Café, Client Central)
• Must have a valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Drive daily sales and leasing efforts to promote available homes
• Conduct community tours for prospective residents
• Manage rent collections and delinquency follow-up
• Coordinate maintenance requests and inspect common areas
• Assist with applications, renewals, and waiting lists
• Maintain resident relations and respond to concerns
• Support with open houses and RV site operations as needed
