Job summary

Investment Property Group is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support two manufactured housing communities in Auburn, WA. The role involves leasing, resident relations, rent collection, and administrative duties within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include tours, open houses, on-site marketing, and coordinating maintenance, while maintaining high occupancy and community standards. A valid driver’s license and experience with property management software are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience assisting at a manufactured housing or multifamily community of 100+ units.
• Strong interpersonal skills with residents and team members.
• Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer service oriented with conflict resolution skills.
• Experience with rent collection and delinquency management.
• Ability to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability of the property.
• Strong communication with tenants, contractors, and local authorities.

Responsibilities

• Represent Investment Property Group professionally at all times.
• Drive daily sales and marketing to promote homes within the community.
• Conduct community tours and engage prospective buyers with enthusiasm.
• Host open houses on weekends to showcase homes.
• Attend after-hours marketing events with flexible hours to reach a 40-hour week.
• Assist Community Manager with rent collection, banking, and reporting.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor contracts.
