Job summary

Wellington Advisors is seeking a Community Manager to oversee on-site operations, leasing, resident retention, and budgeting at our southeastern multifamily communities. You will lead leasing strategies, coordinate with service staff, and ensure exceptional resident services.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of property management, supervisory experience, and familiarity with Yardi software. CAM/CALP or real estate license are preferred; weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of property management experience.
• Experience in a supervisory role.
• CAM, CALP, or Real Estate License preferred.
• Driver’s License required.
• Knowledge of Yardi Software.

Responsibilities

• Ensure ownership goals are met through leasing, resident retention, and budget management.
• Provide excellent customer service to community residents, maintaining a high level of resident satisfaction.
• Ensure the office is opened and securely closed on schedule each working day.
• Knowledge of our community and nearby competitors.
• Walk grounds daily and ensure model units are ready to show.
• Respond to leads via CRM, phone, and email to convert to tours.
• Present apartment options to prospects and welcome them to join our community.
• Complete resident files with leases and addendums.
• Enter prospect and resident data into Yardi and CRM.
• Qualify applicants and manage work orders with residents.
• Coordinate with Service Manager for turning vacant units.
• Submit regularly scheduled reports on financial and leasing metrics.
• Coordinate major expenses with Regional Manager.
