Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management or leasing.
• Proven track record in achieving leasing and occupancy goals.
• Prior experience in Resident Services & marketing of properties.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day community operations to maintain a welcoming environment.
• Conduct property tours, including weekends, and guide prospective tenants through leasing.
• Coordinate with builders, contractors, and vendors on construction and warranty matters.
• Plan and coordinate resident events to foster community engagement.
• Track leasing performance and provide regular occupancy reports to stakeholders.
