IEC Property Services Corporation in San Jose, CA is seeking an energetic Community Manager to lead a 68-unit apartment community. The role directs daily operations, maintenance staff, and vendor relationships to meet budgets and goals.

Responsibilities include leasing, resident relations, rent collection via Yardi Voyager, unit renovations, and reporting to the Regional Manager. A two-year property management background and knowledge of California laws are required.

Competenze

• Two years of multi-family property management experience.
• Knowledge of California property laws and local regulations.
• Proficient in property management software, preferably Yardi Voyager and RealPage.
• Excellent problem solving, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Mansioni

• Market and lease apartments in compliance with fair housing laws.
• Pre-lease units and maintain a waitlist.
• Provide high level of resident service.
• Collect and deposit rent using Yardi Voyager.
• Market available units daily on Craigslist and approved sites.
• Screen and qualify prospective residents.
• Prepare vacant units for rental and oversee renovations.
• Enter traffic, applications, leases, and notices into Yardi Voyager.
• Provide status and strategies to Regional Manager for operations.
• Maintain organized unit files including leases and communications.
• Bid and negotiate service contracts and vendor relationships.
• Perform maintenance and oversee cleaning of the building and grounds.
• Manage expenditures per budget.
• Respond to resident requests in a timely, courteous manner.
