Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree or four years of experience preferred.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire operations of a housing community.
• Manage all phases of personnel, leasing, maintenance, and financial management.
• Develop yearly operating budgets and monitor financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines.
