Job summary

Peak Living is seeking a qualified Community Manager to join our team. Under the Regional Manager, you will support all aspects of community operations and supervise the community associates.

You will drive leasing standards, respond to resident requests, manage marketing efforts, and prepare lease paperwork. You will also oversee rent collections, renewals, and budgeting to maximize revenue and profitability.

Qualifications

• Three years' experience as onsite Community Manager or Assistant Community Manager.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all community associates.
• Support and participate in customer service and leasing standards.
• Respond to resident requests promptly and courteously with solutions.
• Direct all marketing efforts for the community.
• Prepare paperwork for new and renewal leases.
• Determine renewal rates and deliver renewal letters to secure renewals.
• Recommend rental adjustments or concessions to increase activity.
• Review resident files and accounts to identify late payments and enforce the lease to maximize revenue.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports, delinquency updates, and other income/expense reports.
• Organize resident activities, newsletters, and loyalty programs.
• Identify areas for improvement to increase efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
