Job summary

Peak Living is seeking a qualified Community Manager to lead and supervise our onsite team across multi-family communities. You will oversee leasing, marketing, reporting, and resident relations to drive occupancy and retention.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of onsite CM experience and a high school diploma; CAM/ARM certification is a plus. A valid driver's license and strong English communication are required. This role offers PTO, benefits, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' onsite Community Manager or Assistant CM in multi-family housing, hospitality, or similar.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all community associates.
• Support and participate in customer service and leasing standards.
• Respond promptly to resident requests and provide solutions.
• Direct all marketing efforts.
• Prepare paperwork for new and renewal lease agreements.
• Determine lease renewal rates and deliver renewal letters.
• Recommend rental rate adjustments or concessions to increase activity.
• Review resident files and accounting records for delinquencies; communicate with residents.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports and other required reports.
• Organize community resident activities and retention programs.
• Identify areas for improvement to increase efficiency and profitability.
• Research competitors quarterly to align rates and concessions.
• Collect, post, and deposit rents and other income daily.
• Lead budgeting for occupancy, collections, and expenses.
