Job summary

Peak Living seeks a qualified Community Manager to support operations across its multi-family communities. Under the Regional Manager, you will supervise staff, manage leasing, and ensure excellent resident service.

The role involves marketing oversight, lease administration, rent collection, reporting, and coordinating resident events. A minimum of three years in multi-family housing and a valid driver's license are required; CAM/ARM preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years as onsite Community Manager or Assistant in multi-family housing, hospitality, or similar industry.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all community associates.
• Support and participate in customer service and leasing standards.
• Respond to resident requests promptly and courteously; provide solutions.
• Direct all marketing efforts.
• Prepare paperwork for new and renewal lease agreements.
• Determine renewal rates and deliver renewal letters to secure renewals.
• Recommend rental rate adjustments or concessions to increase activity.
• Review resident files and accounting records for delinquencies; communicate with residents.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports, 3-day demands, delinquency updates, and other reports.
• Organize resident activities, newsletters, and loyalty programs.
• Identify areas for improvement to boost efficiency and profitability.
• Research competition quarterly to align rates and deposits with market conditions.
• Collect, post, and deposit rents and security deposits daily.
• Lead budgeting, occupancy, collections, and expense management.
