Job summary

Peak Living is seeking a qualified Community Manager to oversee operations of our multi-family communities. You will supervise staff, drive leasing and marketing efforts, and ensure high service standards for residents across the portfolio.

The role involves preparing renewal documents, analyzing occupancy and financials, and partnering with the Regional Manager to maintain profitability while delivering exceptional resident services.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of onsite Community Manager or Assistant Community Manager experience in multi-family housing, hospitality, or related field.
• Strong English communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Ability to supervise staff and manage leasing and budget activities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all community associates and ensure customer service and leasing standards are met.
• Direct marketing efforts and manage renewal processes to optimize occupancy.
• Review and communicate on delinquent balances, enforce leases and maximize revenue.
