Job summary

Hawthorne Residential Partners in the Southeast-based portfolio is seeking a Community Manager who can lead a team, drive occupancy, and deliver outstanding resident experiences across award-winning apartment communities.

You will oversee budgets, leasing, vendors, and daily operations, partner with maintenance, and coach staff to uphold the Live It culture while ensuring compliance and strong financial performance.

Qualifications

• Education: High School or GED equivalent.
• Two years of property management experience; includes Leasing Consultant and Assistant Community Manager experience.
• Six months of community manager experience in multi-family, highly preferred.
• Licenses: Valid Driver's License; CAM, CAPS, Real Estate license or Property Management license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage budgets, rent collection, and community financial reporting.
• Oversee move-outs, deposits, delinquency tracking, and records using Yardi/Knock.
• Drive leasing, renewals, pricing, and occupancy goals.
• Lead team meetings, coach staff, and uphold Live It culture.
• Ensure resident satisfaction and manage vendor services with safety and quality.
