Bell Partners is seeking a Community Manager in Redmond, WA. You will lead all community operations, motivate staff, recruit and develop associates, and drive resident satisfaction.

The role includes budgeting, marketing planning, and coordinating vendor bids, with a focus on maximizing property performance. Qualifications include a BA/BS in a related field, 3+ years in property management, supervisory experience, and knowledge of Yardi Voyager.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in business, sales, or related field; relevant experience acceptable.
• Successful supervisory experience with teams.
• 3+ years of property management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Yardi Voyager or similar programs preferred.
• Strong marketing skills are required.
• Superior interpersonal and customer service abilities.
• Strong time management and multi-tasking capabilities.
• Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Motivate associates through recognition, training, and team building.
• Lead leasing and property operations to meet strategic goals.
• Train staff on leasing techniques and resident services.
• Ensure property performance and conduct on-site inspections.
• Host tours and engage visitors to showcase amenities.
• Perform performance appraisals and address employee concerns.
• Maintain associate files and ensure satisfaction per surveys.
• Conduct weekly meetings with leasing and maintenance teams.
• Develop and manage the community budget and pricing.
• Create annual marketing plans and review monthly.
• Obtain bids for contracts and coordinate with Construction Services.
• Oversee 35% of leasing activities and ensure punctual attendance.
