Waterton is seeking a Community Manager (Property Manager) to lead a high-performing on-site team and deliver exceptional resident experiences while driving financial performance.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of multifamily property management leadership, and experience guiding communities through renovations or value-add repositioning. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multifamily property management leadership experience.
• Experience managing communities undergoing renovations or value-add repositioning is strongly preferred.
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and KPI achievement.
• Proven leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop on-site team members to achieve operational excellence and professional growth.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, fair housing regulations, safety standards, and legal requirements.
• Drive occupancy through effective leasing strategies, marketing initiatives, and competitive positioning during renovations.
• Monitor KPIs such as occupancy, delinquency, renewal rates, rental premiums, and ROI to guide performance strategy.
