Job summary

Waterton seeks an experienced Community Manager to lead a high-performing on-site team, delivering exceptional resident experiences while driving financial performance and operational excellence. The ideal candidate is resilient, results-oriented, and owns outcomes for the community.

They will drive occupancy, manage renovations, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations, leveraging strong communication and leadership skills to achieve KPIs and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of multifamily property management leadership experience.
  • Experience managing communities undergoing renovations or value-add repositioning is strongly preferred.
  • Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and KPI achievement.
  • Proven leadership and team development skills.
  • Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience.

What You’ll Bring – Desired Skills and Experience
