Job summary

Waterton is seeking a Community Manager (Property Manager) to lead a high-performing on-site team, deliver exceptional resident experiences, and drive financial performance through sound operations.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of multifamily leadership, experience managing renovations, strong budgeting and KPI skills, and excellent communication. Yardi experience preferred; bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multifamily property management leadership experience.
• Experience managing communities undergoing renovations or value-add repositioning is preferred.
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and KPI achievement.
• Proven leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service abilities.
• Yardi experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site team to achieve operational excellence and professional growth.
• Drive occupancy through effective leasing strategies, marketing initiatives during renovations.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs such as occupancy, delinquency, renewal rates, and renovation ROI.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with construction, asset management, marketing, and leadership teams.
