Arlington Properties is seeking a Community Manager in Sarasota, FL to oversee all daily property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and resident relations. You will hire and lead onsite staff, manage budgets, and drive occupancy while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing laws.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college coursework in business, property management, or hospitality preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in property management, including team leadership.
• Strong working knowledge of Fair Housing laws and landlord-tenant regulations.
• Experience with property management software (Yardi, RealPage, MRI) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations including leasing, maintenance, resident relations, and team supervision.
• Hire, train, coach, and mentor onsite staff.
• Lead rent collection, budget management, and reporting with precision.
• Monitor market trends and recommend strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies.
• Foster resident satisfaction and retention through proactive service.
• Collaborate with Regional Manager and corporate support teams.
• Represent Arlington Properties with professionalism and pride.
