TAM Residential in Lithia Springs, GA, is seeking a Community Manager for Crestmark Apartments. This role oversees leasing, resident relations, maintenance, and financial performance to deliver exceptional living experiences and drive occupancy.

You will lead on-site teams, manage budgets, ensure Fair Housing compliance, and implement marketing strategies to attract residents. The position requires 3+ years in property management, strong leadership, and after-hours availability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in property management; multifamily experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to make independent decisions and handle emergency situations in a professional manner
• Customer-service mindset with problem-solving ability.
• Must be available to respond to emergencies (fire, flood, resident injury, etc.) both during and after normal business hours.
• If job duties require the use of a vehicle or golf cart, employee must maintain a valid driver’s license, an acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and supervise on-site staff.
• Manage budgets and monitor rent collections.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and regulations.
• Oversee leasing, tours, and move-ins.
• Develop marketing strategies to maintain occupancy.
