RangeWater Real Estate is seeking a seasoned Community Manager to lead a property team in Canton, GA. You will drive revenue, occupancy, and service quality while ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.

The role emphasizes people leadership, vendor management, and resident relations. The ideal candidate brings 1–3 years of multi-family management experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Entrata/Yardi/OneSite.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years supervisory experience; proven ability to hire, lead, and develop staff.
• Experience in multi-family property management and related fields preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and delivery skills.
• Computer proficiency with property management software (Entrata/Yardi/OneSite).
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the property management team to meet budgeted financial and operating goals.
• Develop and implement marketing and leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
• Model budgets, forecast performance, and manage profitability and invoicing processes.
• Analyze market trends and adjust property operations and tools accordingly.
• Oversee lease enforcement, inspections, collections, and lease compliance.
• Conduct property tours and communicate with owners and clients; manage contractors and vendors.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, curb appeal, and maintenance quality; report issues promptly.
• Resolve resident issues and maintain high levels of resident satisfaction.
