Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Supervisor experience: 1–3 years.
• Experience in multi-family property management preferred.
• Proficiency in property management software is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the property management team.

• Model budgets and analyze profitability.
• Prepare financial records and reports.
• Analyze market trends to drive improvements.
• Oversee lease enforcement and collections.
