Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the community to maintain professionalism.
• Adhere to MORGAN’s Leasing, Marketing, Management, Operations, Maintenance, and Emergency Procedures manuals.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws.
• Maintain and secure resident files (paper and online).
• Supervise Office Team Members and the Service Team.
• Foster excellent resident relations and promptly address concerns.
• Maintain a resident renewal program and build community among residents.
• Monitor service requests, schedule projects, and ensure timely completion.
• Manage the community budget, financial reporting, and accounts payable.
• Handle rent collection and posting to resident ledgers.
• Recruit, hire, and counsel team members; conduct performance reviews.
• Lead community marketing efforts to attract qualified traffic.
• Perform other essential duties as business dictates.
